Although testing is frequently regarded as an expense, it actually saves money. The closer to manufacturing a fault is discovered, the cheaper it is to rectify. So the more products are tested, the more you save. Except, if the time and effort in doing so outweighs the saving. That's where even the simplest test "jig" can save a lot in time ... and money. Just like these three testers above. One emulates a printer (about 1000x faster than the printer could do it), another checks for IO errors, and the last one checks memory. Three different applications, three different customers, yet three same results: saving.
Not every tester needs to be built from scratch. This sample shows a screen from a PC driven testing procedure. Programmed exactly for your needs, quick, simple, reliable and cost effective - especially if you already have a spare PC.
Where manual connecting is cumbersome or even impossible, a mechanical test-jig can be built, turning the whole testing procedure into a simple one-stop test-line. If your product requires testing, talk to us. You could be pleasantly surprised.
